Full Social Media Management

Post regularly without it all falling to you

Give your business a clear voice and a manageable publishing rhythm. We handle the agreed mix of planning, content creation, repurposing, scheduling, community management, and reporting. Your knowledge and real work give the content substance. AI helps with production, while people shape the message and review what goes out.

Does this sound familiar?

  • We post a lot for two weeks, then nothing for two months.
  • Social media lands on whoever has a spare hour, and nobody has one.
  • We do interesting work, but our feed is event posters and holiday greetings.
  • Comments and messages sit unanswered for days.
  • I have no idea whether any of it brings in work, members or donations.

Illustrative example · Folk festival society

A volunteer-run folk festival society with two part-time staff promotes a summer festival and a winter concert series. A board member posts when she can, mostly in the month before the festival.

Before

  • Posts cluster in June and stop after the festival ends.
  • Artist announcements are posters with little about the music or the people.
  • Volunteer and sponsor posts go out late and get mixed in with ticket news.

After setup

  • A 12-month calendar covers festival build-up, the concert series, volunteer drives and sponsor thanks.
  • Clips from soundchecks and rehearsals, filmed on staff phones, are edited into reels and stories.
  • Staff approve each week's posts in one batch, and replies to common questions use agreed wording.
What we review: Whether posts went out on schedule, how fast comments and messages got answered, and which posts led to ticket clicks, volunteer sign-ups or enquiries.

How it works

  1. 1

Decide what social media is for

We agree the goals, such as ticket sales, enquiries or volunteer sign-ups, the channels worth your time, and how we'll judge progress.

  2. 2

    Find your material

We look through your work, events, people and archives for stories worth posting, and set up an easy way for your team to send photos and clips.

  3. 3

    Plan, create and schedule

We build the calendar, write and design posts, edit short videos, and schedule everything once you've approved it.

  4. 4

    Report and adjust

Each month we report in plain terms on what worked and what didn't, then change the mix for the next month.

Your service can include

  • Channel planning
  • A content calendar
  • Posts
  • Graphics
  • Short videos
  • Publishing
  • Agreed audience responses
  • Performance reviews

What you bring

  • Admin access to your social accounts and Meta Business Suite
  • Photos, clips and news from your real work, sent as they happen
  • One person who approves posts, usually once a week
  • Your brand guidelines and any topics to avoid

What we handle

  • A channel plan and monthly content calendar
  • Post writing, graphics and short video editing
  • Scheduling and publishing
  • Replies to routine comments and messages using agreed wording
  • Flagging complaints and sensitive messages to you
  • A monthly report in plain language

What this is not

  • We don't buy followers or post engagement bait. The aim is regular posts about real work.
  • We answer routine comments with wording you've agreed. Complaints, media questions and anything sensitive come to you.
  • We can't promise reach. Platforms change what they show people, so we report what happened and adjust.

Tools we often work with

We start with what you already pay for. These are common, not required.

  • Meta Business Suite
  • Instagram
  • Facebook
  • LinkedIn
  • Buffer
  • Canva
  • CapCut
  • Descript
  • Google Analytics

How we usually work on this

Managed Service fits best, because social media needs a regular schedule. We agree the deliverables, timing and approval steps up front and review them every quarter.

Ways to work together

Questions about social media

Will the posts sound like AI wrote them?

Not if the material is yours. You approve every one. AI helps us draft captions, resize graphics and cut clips faster. The substance comes from your work, your people and your photos. We write a voice guide with you and edit every draft against it before it reaches you.

How much of our time will this take?

Expect a short weekly approval and a regular flow of photos and news from your team. We set up a simple way to send material, such as a shared folder or a group chat. The more real material you send, the less your feed has to rely on generic posts.

Which platforms should we be on?

The ones your customers, members or donors use. For many B2B firms that means LinkedIn. For community organizations it's often Facebook and Instagram. We'll recommend fewer channels posted to regularly, and dropping one that isn't worth your time.

Do you reply to comments and messages?

Yes, within the hours and wording we agree. Routine questions get answered from approved replies. Complaints, media requests, pricing exceptions and anything sensitive get flagged to you instead. Every reply is visible in your own accounts, so you can see exactly what was said.

How much does it cost?

Social media management is priced as a monthly service, scoped to the channels, how often you post and how much video is involved. Your proposal lists our fees and, separately, any scheduling or design software. Paid advertising budget is separate again and stays in your own ad account.
