What we collect
When you send an enquiry, we receive the details you type into the form (your name, organization, email address, and what you tell us about your goals) and the page you sent it from. We do not use analytics or advertising trackers on this site.
How we use it
We use your enquiry only to reply to you and to discuss possible work. We do not sell it or share it for marketing.
Where it goes
Form submissions are delivered to our inbox through FormSubmit, a US-based email forwarding service. Our email is hosted on Google Workspace. Both services may store data outside Canada.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiries for as long as needed to respond and to keep a record of our conversations, and delete them on request.

Client work
When we work inside your systems, the access we use, what we can reach, and how that access is removed at the end are agreed in writing before work begins.
