From a business goal to a working improvement

Your goal → the work behind it → the right solution → a result we can review.

  1. 1

    Define what better looks like

Choose the outcome that matters: faster responses, less administrative work, more consistent content, or a clearer view of what needs attention. Agree how we will recognize progress.

  2. 2

    Find the work worth changing

Look at the steps, tools, information, and handoffs behind that goal. Identify where an improvement could make a useful difference.

  3. 3

    Build it around your business

Configure, connect, or create the solution. Test it with real examples, agree the review steps, and help the people using it get comfortable.

  4. 4

    Review the result

Look at what changed. Is the work easier? Are responses quicker? Is the content getting published? Refine the setup around what we learn.

Goal Factoring

Start with the goal. Work through what gets you there.

1Your goal

“We need more enquiries”

2The work behind it

Before chasing more enquiries, check how many you already lose. They arrive through the website, email, Facebook and the phone. Nobody owns the first reply, so some wait days and a few never get one.

3The right solution

One intake list. Each enquiry is routed by type, a first reply is drafted for a person to approve, and a reminder fires if nothing has happened by the next morning. Enquiry & Follow-up Installation

4A result we can review

Time to first reply, enquiries left without a follow-up, and calls booked each month. Compared with the month before we started, where the numbers exist.

Why start with the goal instead of the tool?

Because the goal tells us where to start and how to judge progress.

That might mean configuring a tool you already have, connecting a few workflows, building an assistant, or managing a recurring task for you. Sometimes the right answer is a smaller change than you expected. We will say so.

Each engagement includes a review of the result: what changed, what did not, and what to adjust next. When that happens after handover is set in your proposal.
